SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids did an amazing job. Not only was Stephen extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, the same can be said for the rest of the team that responded to my house. :) I had an emergency situation where my basement was flooded by an intense rainstorm. After searching for moisture levels in every nook and corner of my basement, they brought industrial fans and a dehumidifier to dry the damaged areas.  Again, I cannot reiterate how friendly and helpful the team was!! Furthermore, I was always able to contact Stephen, never did I deal with voicemails, etc, I felt like SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids really dedicated their services to me, and I know for fact that they were simultaneously working on a few other emergencies at other locations. They get a 5 Star review from this guy. Thanks again.

When they say "Like it never even happened." They MEAN IT! We had a horrible flood, but working with SERVPRO was an AWESOME experience! Worth every penny!
