Storm water damages basement

This homeowner called SERVPRO of Roanoke rapids when they realized they had category 3 water in their basement. When our techs went to inspect it, they realized they had to move out all contents in order to start those drying process. We moved in six air movers and one large dehumidifier to dry everything out. It took 4 days for it to dry completely. They tore up wet carpet and took out anything that was unsalvageable. They also applied a plant-based anti-microbial agent to the floor to help prevent mold growth. The homeowners were very happy with the work SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids had done.
