Saved my home and my family from a huge water disaster.

They were amazing. Steven and Michael were very knowledgeable and were there within 20 minutes of us calling them. They were very supportive and gave us information for what to do. This group is A+ customer service! I’ve called and texted and they get back to me immediately! Couldn’t have asked for a better top notch group! Highly recommend! Great job guys! We are so appreciative of all you did to help us with our water damage! And to top it off, we called on a Sunday morning and they were there!??

Mr. Phillips and his SERVPRO crew were punctual and they executed on all explained tasks. Their expertise and professionalism brought my basement back to life. I am truly pleased with their work.

We had a shower value bust behind the tiled wall of our shower while we were away, which, needless to say, caused a big mess!  SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids was absolutely top notch in their response for us.
