Commercial Property Damaged by Supply Line

When a water supply line leaked at on this commercial property in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, it effected both levels of the building and six rooms. Twenty percent of the building suffered loss due to the issue of there being standing water. The ceiling and walls were affected as well as the carpet. Our team packed out the lightly affected contents and set up dehumidifiers to start the drying process and to ensure proper drying of all the affected areas. Carpet, carpet padding and baseboards had to be removed in order to start the mitigation process. Thanks to SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids they restored this commercial building to its pre loss condition.
