Heavy Rainstorm Causes Significant Issues

SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids responded to a call from a homeowner with some significant water issues. A heavy rainstorm brought category 3 water into their basement and affected the entire basement. Our highly trained team was able to extract the water from the floor and then apply a plant based anti-microbial agent to the floor and walls. This job was an emergency service call, which means they called after business hours, but one of the great things about SERVPRO is that our technicians are always on call.
