Frozen pipes cause damage
When a homeowner had a frozen pipe bust, they called SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids to help! When this homeowner realized he had a burst pipe, it was after what we consider “normal business hours.” Thankfully, SERVPRO is a 24/7 business and come when you call, any time of the day! When our techs arrived, they had to remove all affected contents from the house. After that, they had to tear out all affected material such as baseboards, drywall, counter tops, carpet and cabinets. Then they had to place drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers in the space, this too approximately 3 days. Thanks to our team’s hard work and dedication the kitchen looked like new when we were done with the restoration project.
