We go to the places no one wants to go - crawl spaces!

When a plumbing leak caused water to soak this subfloor and joists, the client called SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids. The leak affected the carpet and the crawlspace. Upon further inspection our technicians realized that there was mold in the crawlspace which had to be dealt with. We applied an anti-microbial agent to the bottom of the subfloor in the crawlspace. We also used a containment to seal off the affected area in the crawl space and we set up a dehumidifier to dry it out. This process took about two and a half days of drying. When our techs go into a crawl space they have to use a hazmat suit as precaution just in case the water is contaminated – but NO problem is too big for SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids.
