SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids is locally owned and operated and we've been serving North Carolina and Virginia since November 2017.

Franchise owners, John and Cindy Baldwin, have over 30 years’ experience as luxury home builders and are proud to be part of the local community. With a background in construction, they understand every aspect of the building and restoration process. Their team participates in ongoing corporate training and is certified to follow IICRC Guidelines and OSHA regulations. We specializes in fire, smoke, and water damage restoration and cleanup, commercial and residential. We are also able to perform mitigation on mold and mildew.

SERVPRO of Roanoke Rapids is part of a national network of over 1,700 franchises with access to special Disaster Recovery Teams capable of providing additional resources during catastrophic storms, such as Hurricanes Florence and Dorian ans Tropical Storm Michael.
